These 3 shipping methods are all provided by China Post, the counterpart of which is the post office company in your country.
A: The DHL shipping method is available on our website, But TNT and other shipping methods are not available on our website. We are striving to provide as many as shipping options we can for our customers. And we are still negotiating with their offices in China for good discount.

A: On our wesite, we calculate the shipping/handling fee based on the total weight of your order.
Since each day, we will ship about several hundreds of parcels to worldwide, we have signed a contract with China Post and get a big discount from them. To be a super great seller, we are willing to share this discount with you. We understand the less you pay for shipping, the more you will buy from our website. Therefore we always try our best to cut down the shipping fee.
For Registered Airmail, we have got 70% discount from China Post! For EMS,our discount is 65%. You will find that the shipping fee you pay on our website is significantly lower than you pay on other websites.
A: Our website system will help you to calculate shipping fee automatically during your checkout procedure! The calculation is based on the total weight of those products in your shopping cart. You need not to calculate yourself. When you are buying on our website, there is also a shipping estimator in your shopping cart. You can use it to see how much the shipping charge is currently.

Q: How soon Can I receive my goods? [Return to Top]
A: After we receive your payment, we will process your order within 2 business days. (but if it happens to be public holidays,delays may be experienced.) When your parcel is shipped out, we will send an email of the delivery status to you.
A: If your parcel shows damage on receipt, attempt to open it in the presence of the postman or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. And please feel free to contact us, if possible, please try to send the pictures of the damaged package or item, we will provide the best service to you.
A: We are experienced seller. We will mark your parcel as gift or sample on custom declaration form, and we will also state the value of your parcels as low as we can. We ship out several hundreds of parcels each day, almost all of our customers do not need to pay tax for custom clearance. But since the situation is not the same in different countries, we do not guarantee that you will not be charged tax.

A: No, since your order will be delivered outside of the European Union, VAT will not be included into your cost. It is very favorable for you.

A: Our target is to providing 100% best service to you. As to insurance, you need not to pay it seperatly. But your parcel will be insured when shipped out. We will cover this cost for you! If your parcel was lost during delivery, just feel free to contact us!

A: Sorry, we do not accept money order! The reason is that our bank does not accept Money Order. We suggest you to pay us via other payment methods.

After confirming my order and been brought to PayPal website. When I checkout, it is not successful and redirects me to your website again.
Instructions for Payment by Paypal Manually
Firstly, log into your paypal account at www.paypal.com. Click the button in your account page.

A: No! All of our needles and other goods are not printed with our 8Season logo!

A: Yes! We can help to print your LOGO on needles, since we have our own factory here! But to cut the production cost, there is minimum quantity required! Minimum quantity is : 500 Sets or 500 Individual Size

A: The bamboo needles of our factory have been exported to 40 countries in the world! The quality of our products are really admired by all of our customers allover the world. Our products have help them to get successful at their local market.
